We provide classes in Muay Thai and Kickboxing for beginners and intermediates. The classes start with basic warm ups (e.g. jumping rope) followed by drills or shadow boxing without a partner, using combinations as demonstrated and supervised by the instructor. The class is separated into pairs or small groups by experience level and partners take turns performing combinations while the instructor provides feedback. The drills include the use of pads, heavy bags, focus mits kick pads and other gear and focus on proper technique through repetition and muscle memory.
